Puerto Cancún will be an upscale, superior facility, with amenities for boaters. Other marinas will be available but residents of Novo Cancun will enjoy the most valuable Cancun marina due to best location, high quality infrastructure, services and ambiance. The marina will accommodate up to 330 boats, with the ability to handle lengths of 200 feet and longer making Puerto Cancun the Mexican Caribbean’s largest mega yacht marina.

Surrounded by a boardwalk of boutique shops, restaurants, bars and access to the golf course, the marina will have yacht club for residents and residential docks along the system of canals. Puerto Cancún will therefore benefit from attractive locations within a 400 mile radius. The Mexican Caribbean, Belize, Honduras and Cuba provide nearby “virgin” destinations.

Novo Cancun is located on the Caribbean coastline of the Yucatan Peninsula, within the waters of Bahia Mujeres. By water, Cancun is some 350 miles southwest of Key West and 550 miles south of New Orleans.

Cancun is the largest tourism and commercial center in the Western Caribbean, ideally located central to the Mexican Caribbean, Gulf of Honduras and Southwestern Cuba cruising, diving and sportfishing grounds. The Caribbean Sea is beautiful for recreational and vacation boating.
