Facades: Outer doors and windows : 4-inch aluminum and 6+6 millimeter laminated glass with polyvinyl film.
Railings: Aluminum and 6+6 millimeter laminated glass with polyvinyl film.
Anchor preparation to fix hurricane protection awnings.

Building Lobby: Flooring: Marble slabs in cream, ivory or similar tone.
Carpentry: Doors with zalam, beech or similar wooden trim.
Installations: Parking lot access with closed tv circuit.
Elevators: Each tower will have 4 luxury elevators and 2 service elevators.

Towers, Interior Areas: Flooring: 60 x 60 porcelanized tile, in cream, ivory or similar color.
Walls: Walls will be finished with texture and vinyl paint.
Internal height: 2.60 m, average clear height.
Air-conditioning: Fan and coil type, independent for each area.
Carpentry: Doors with zalam, beech or similar wooden trim.
Bathrooms: Designer vanities; bathtub in main bedroom and shower with single faucet. Tempered glass in shower stands.
Terraces: Ceramic, in a similar tone of color as the interiors.
Kitchen: With cabinets, purifier hood, range with oven and connections for dishwasher.
Service Area: Ceramic tile flooring. Water-heater, washing sink and connections for washer/dryer. Service Room: Ceramic tile floor. Walls with paint finish. Minisplit.
